Animals are not refundable. Any other product that you purchase may be returned up to a week after the purchase date with receipt presented at the time of wanted return,

How do I return an item?

 

If you wish to return an item that is not an animal that is purchased you may contact the business at the email or phone number listed at the bottom of the page. In order to make a return you will need a receipt accessible.
